CUE launches new Artist Residency at Terrarium!
In partnership with TQMC x Capsules, CUE opens a cooperative art studio in Toronto’s west end.
Terrarium is a 1100 sq ft multidisciplinary studio space with shared fabrication space, communal music space and a private healing room for sliding scale counselling.
CUE x Capsules: Terrarium launched its first artist residency September 2024, providing artists who were nominated by their community, with 4 months of studio access to Terrarium. In this self-directed residency, artists work on a focused body of work, experiment with new materials and mediums to develop new skills to expand and deepen their artistic practices. This residency provides artists a chance to reflect on their creative process and work in an intergenerational artist studio space.
2024 Artist in Residence: Kikeyah Alina Chavez and Sun
